Overview of Beddgelert Eryri

Beddgelert Eryri is the smallest of the Forest Holidays locations and can be described as a peaceful location which is situated in the majestic Snowdonia National Park. Dogs will love walking along the river near the local village of Beddgelert and they are more than welcomed when they return to a great choice of dog friendly cabins on site.

This area of North Wales really is a walkers/ hikers and wild lake swimmers’ paradise. With an abundance of local wildlife to look and listen out for including the morning bird songs.  There are plenty of forest walks, river walks and mountains to climb all very nearby, including the much-trodden Mount Snowdon. However, if all this seems a bit too much nature and not enough fun. Then head below ground at Bounce Below where it’s possible to have a lot of fun on huge nets suspended from the walls. Or maybe fly through the sky on an exhilarating fun zip line at Zip World.

There are several facilities here including bike hire, pre bookable spa treatments, a shop, takeaway and the opportunity to book a personal chef. Within the village of Beddgelert there a few local café’s, bars and restaurants.

There are several cabins to choose from, the website is very useful and offers very clear information about the cabins to choose from. There are wheelchair adapted cabins inclusive of private hot tubs and useful access hoists. One bedroom couple getaways in the Golden Oak Hideaway which again includes its own private hot tub, a log burner and outdoor barbeque amongst other fantastic facilities. The cabins offer different layouts in their design and the number of bedrooms they have.
