The park is really easy to get to, just of the A83 and then you find yourself in a stunning location, right on the shores of the loch with a stunning luxury cabin as your base. This is a perfect location of you want a luxury self-catering holiday in Scotland with your dog in a completely stunning setting.
The park is small with only 40 lodges and there is a restaurant and bar on site with a well-stocked shop, everything here is quite elegant including the nice sofa seats. They cater for all tastes and even offer a takeaway service so you can get your food delivered to your holiday lodge. There is also a small kids play area and an on site ranger who can arrange a host of activities for you.
A holiday at Forest Holidays Ardgartan Argyll is really all about the location, Loch Lomond is a very short drive away with some stunning views and walks. There are so many places to visit and walks to enjoy, this is a paradise for dogs. Seton Sands Holiday Village is a complete contrast, this holiday park in Port Seton is really easy to reach from Edinburgh just a short drive from the A1 and is a large holiday park right on the beach. Seton Sands beach is a long beach, primarily sand with some rock pools to explore and is dog friendly all year around and is backed by sands dunes with the holiday park having direct access to the beach across the road. There is plenty to do in the area, Musselburgh Racecourse is just down the road and there is a nearby golf course although the park does have its own 9 hole golf course.
Seton Sands Holiday Village is a large holiday park, popular throughout the year with a great indoor swimming pool complex with two indoor pools and some great slides for the family to enjoy. The park has very good facilities with a large entertainment venue and shows on in the evening along with a kids club. The Boatie Blest is a nice restaurant with a lovely sun terrace to enjoy on a nice day and there are lots of activities for the kids including archery and slime making! As with all Haven’s holiday parks, this is a dog friendly holiday park with a good range of pet friendly static caravans for hire. Easy to get to, dog friendly and in a great location next to a dog friendly beach!

Tummel Valley Holiday Park is set by the side of the River Tummel which feeds into Loch Tummel just a short walk away. The location is simply stunning and the park is an easy drive from the A9 and Pitlorchy to the south of the Cairngorms National Park. Tummel Valley Holiday Park is ideal if you are looking for a loch based holiday park with all of the facilities in a woodland setting that is dog friendly. There are lots of walks nearby and around the vicinity of the park, ideal if you want to take the family and your dog and explore the lochs with Ericht, Rannoch and Tay nearby and Loch Tummel on your doorstep.
The facilities at Tummel Valley Holiday Park are great as this is a Parkdean Resorts holiday park. This is a great holiday park if you want to explore and walk and then come back to a park with lots of facilities. There is a decent size swimming pool with a kids splash pool and a sauna, outdoor adventure playground, arcade, nature trail and a sports court. There is also entertainment at the showbar as well as a bar and restaurant. There is a decent selection of different accommodation here as well with static caravans and riverside lodges sleeping up to 8 people. A great park inland, easy to get to and ideal for exploring the eastern lochs with your dog!

Silver Sands Holiday Park is right by Covesea West Beach to the west of Lossiemouth in Moray, a beautiful beach that is dog friendly all year around. The beach is backed by sand dunes and is shingle at high tide and when the tide is out, there is a lot of sand for your dog to run on. We have already featured this park as being a great beach based holiday park in Scotland, it is also great for families that want to bring their pets as well. There is loads to do in the area, well known for its fantastic golf courses and there is a new surf school in Lossiemouth as well.
The park has everything including a gym and an indoor pool, evening entertainment and a kids club as well as an adventure playground. This is a Park Holiday site with all of the facilities in a central area and a good number of static caravans that are set in different areas around and to the side of the beach. It has everything, the beach is the main draw here, it is very beautiful whatever the weather!
