For a village by the sea, there is a lot to do here! Apart from Watermouth Castle and the Dinosaur Park which are brilliant for families, there is something for everyone. If you like walking, you are right on the South West Coastal Path with a couple of great walks. Take the path up to Little Hangman, which is a decent walk that will get the heart going, or go to Great Hangman which is even harder but worth it and enjoy the views over the highest cliff face in England, truly stunning. You can visit Ilfracombe, always loads on and the harbour area is a must, or go surfing at nearby Woolacombe, this is great location.
