Seldons Golden Gate Holiday Centre is right by the beach in Towyn near Abergele in north Wales and offers a great range of dog friendly static caravans for hire with easy access to the beach and there are so many things to do off site and on site here, it is amazing. Do not be restricted to the Golden Gate Holiday Centre though, there are lots of holiday parks along this stretch, many others are well worth a look.
We just like Golden Gate Holiday Centre because it is a dog friendly holiday park right next to the beach. The beach here is dog friendly and there is a great promenade all the way down and you can walk to Abergele. There are plenty of other holiday parks here including Ty Mawr Holiday Park and Ty Gwyn Caravan Park to name a few, the choice is pretty endless.
Golden Gate Holiday Centre is a big park, right in the thick of it with great facilities including a big indoor swimming pool, club house with entertainment, beach bar and several places for food and drinks. There is an outside play area and indoor soft play and lots going on for the kids including body zorbs (great fun), kids club, football and even a chocolate party. A great base for a dog friendly family holiday at a great price by the beach in Wales.

Tenby, Pembrokeshire
Kiln Park Holiday Centre got our vote as one of the best holiday parks by the beach in Wales and it also gets a vote for one of the best parks for dog friendly caravan holidays in wales. You really cannot ignore this park, the location and the dog friendly amazing beach that is right on your door step! Tenby South Beach has no dog restrictions all year around, the beach is patrolled by RNLI lifeguards during the summer month and it is just simply stunning. Crystal clear waters, decent waves on a good day, the finest sands and plenty of space, if you have never been here before, it is fantastic. Tenby is a great town, very interesting, lots of shops and a nice high street with little narrow roads that have small cafes and interesting shops, just such a great place for a holiday.
Kiln Park Holiday Centre is a Haven park, very close to the beach and an easy walk into the town centre. This park has plenty to offer, indoor and outdoor pools with water slides. Lots of places to eat and drink and a full entertainment centre with lots going on day and night as well as ten pin bowling and a tennis court. This is a top holiday park in our view, one of the best set in a great location for a dog and family friendly holiday.

Caernarfon Wales
Brynteg Country & Leisure Retreat is part of the Park Leisure Group of holiday parks and is a dog friendly luxury holiday park that is open all year around. The park is near to the town of Caernarfon and the Snowdonia National Park and you can take a day trip to the Isle of Anglesey, it is in a fantastic location for exploring Snowdonia and North Wales. This is a luxury holiday park, there is a Tepidairum (look it up?), luxury steam room, sauna and hydro pool to help you unwind. There is a heated indoor swimming pool and a sports hall, they offer lots of activities on site to keep the whole family entertained.
Brynteg Country & Leisure Retreat is a dog friendly holiday park, in fact they welcome a whole range of pets which really says a lot about the park team. There are lots of walks in and around the park and the lake to explore. The location is great as well, you have Snowdonia on your doorstep, the North Wales coast with great beaches, beautiful towns and castles to visit. If you want a dog friendly holiday on a luxury holiday park that is central for a huge number of places to visit, Brynteg Country & Leisure Retreat is ideal!

Beddgelert, Gwynedd, Wales
Forest Holidays Beddgelert is a small holiday park with just 16 holiday lodges making this an intimate little park in the heart od Snowdonia. Forest Holidays Beddgelert is a dog friendly holiday park that is ideal if you really want to switch off and take your dog to explore Snowdonia from the comfort of a luxury woodland cabin. All of the cabins have Wi-Fi and actually, they offer a really good range of extras, you can even have a burger pack delivered to your door, you still have to cook it though!
Forget about massive entertainments venues, Forest Holidays Beddgelert is all about exploring the area, getting back to nature and recharging in peace. There is loads of space between the woodland cabins, you are not on top of each other. Bike hire and in cabin spa treatments can also be arranged and all cabins have a hot tub as standard. This is a small holiday park where your dog can enjoy the walks as much as you, a perfect place in Snowdonia for a memorable holiday exploring this stunning area.

Trecco Bay Holiday Park is one of the largest holiday parks in the country and has had a massive investment program to enhance the park with even more facilities and that includes a woof park dog exercise area. The park has direct access onto Trecco Bay beach which is a holder of a Blue Flag award and has been for many years. The beach does not allow dogs during the main summer season but there is a promenade along side the beach which provides an easy walk and access to other beaches.
The park also backs onto Newton Beach which is dog friendly all year around and is great for walking your dog in the sand.The area has lots of walks, things to do and the park is great for families. On site facilities include pretty much anything that you want from a holiday park including an indoor pool, waterslide, lots of activities, full entertainment and a big entertainment venue. Everything is here and the park is easy to access from south Wales and the midlands. One proviso here, recent reviews for the park are not that great, please check reviews from a range of review sites!
