Broadland Sands Holiday Park is in the village of Corton mid-way between Lowestoft and Gorleston-on-Sea on Broadland Sands and is a large holiday park with all of the facilities in one area so that the rest of the park is relatively peaceful. This is the large holiday park that many families want with all of the amenities and is also a dog friendly holiday park in Suffolk. If you want a family based holiday park, this is one that you should research!
The park has pretty much everything, sits in a great location and is geared towards families. There is a great swimming pool including a 45m flume that the kids will love. An adventure playground, adventure golf, sports pitch, amusement arcade, tennis court, bar, restaurant and entertainment venue. All of this and live stage shows, kids club and family entertainment and even Dino Karts for some family fun, just a short walk to the beach as well, a top family holiday park in Suffolk that really has it all!

Center Parcs Elveden Forest really deserves a mention here because it is hugely popular and offers a real alternative to a traditional seaside holiday park. We love the subtropical swimming paradise area, where else do you get this? Hot whirlpools, a lazy river, wild water rapids, two flumes, a wave pool and a tropical cyclone, is that not a heaven destination when it is raining?
There are so many activities going on at Center Parcs Elveden Forest that we could not possibly list them all, so a taster of some of the more exotic! Aqua jetting, being towed along by a jet in the pool, Bollywood dancing (sounds like great fun, cupcake decorating oh yummy, football fun factory, we are sold. Then there is a 9 hole golf course, a gym, junior quads, line dancing and mini jet skis plus so much more!
Center Parcs Elveden Forest is for a family that are looking for activities, adventure and an alternative to a traditional holiday. It is not for everyone but if you love crafts, sports, outdoors, swimming, paintball and just getting out there, it is brilliant and we love Center Parcs Elveden Forest because the scenery, ponds, lakes and walks make this a real getaway for the family!

Kessingland Beach Holiday Park is a Parkdean Resorts holiday park on the Suffolk coast near to Kessingland to the south of Lowestoft. We think that this is a stand out beach based holiday park in Suffolk that is perfect for families with children of all ages, young couples and for those looking to explore this beautiful area, in fact, it is great for everyone. The beach is one of the best on the east coast, 4 miles of sand and shingle, there is a lot of sandy spaces and is gently shelving so very safe for younger kids and is also dog friendly. Because of the length of the beach and the fact that it has not been developed, it is also spacious, peaceful and a great place for a beach holiday, or just if you love walking along the beach, one of our favourites.
As a Parkdean holiday park, Kessingland Beach Holiday Park of course has all of the facilities that you will need, they always do. They have an indoor pool and an outdoor pool open during the main summer season, if you get bored swimming in the sea of course. There is a restaurant, bar, takeaway, Costa Coffee and entertainment for the family. An amusement arcade, nature trail and a sports court. The area is really well known for having a stunning natural habitat and the beach is protected by marram grass planted by Henry Rider Haggard, what foresight! A great holiday park by a beautiful beach that ticks all the boxes, we love it!

Felixstowe, Suffolk
Felixstowe Beach Holiday Park is set to the south of the town and just a short walk to Felixstowe Beach. We like this park because there is a lot going on at the park but also plenty to do nearby. Being set in a holiday resort, you can get out and about, come rain or shine and enjoy what the town has to offer and the beach. As this is an established resort, there is a lot to do, amusements, fun park, pier, ice creams, shops selling buckets and spades and a four mile beach to explore. The water quality is good as well and the beach is currently a blue flag holder, ideal for families, especially with younger children as it is a safe beach.
We think that Felixstowe Beach Holiday Park is also great in itself, lots of facilities including a very smart new pool with a flume and the park itself is very well presented with the caravans being well spaced out with parking next to most of them. The club house is really nice as well, again, well presented but this park does not currently have evening entertainment and tends to attract younger families, it does have live acts in the main season. Felixstowe Beach Holiday Park is also a dog friendly park so you can bring your dog and enjoy some great adventures. A really well kept park that is ideal for younger families, smart and spacious with lots to do nearby!

Beach View Holiday Park is a bit of an alternative to the two parks above. This is a holiday park by the beach in a quiet area of Suffolk with few amenities but a really nice beach right on your doorstep! S this is not a holiday park in Suffolk for family entertainment and kids clubs or marathon swimming sessions, more of a sedate, quiet and peaceful site where you can sit back, recharge and relax. The park has luxury lodges, static caravans, pods and super pods so the range of accommodation is quite extensive.
There is an elegant bar right by the beach at Beach View Holiday Park in Suffolk with great views and the perfect location for an afternoon drink with fantastic views to the sea, it really is a great place to unwind and this is really what Beach View Holiday Park is all about. If you want action, this is probably not the holiday park for you! If you want to relax, enjoy the se air and unwind, this is a great place to stay and just chill out!
