For a Park Holidays group holiday park, Suffolk Sands is really different and that is why we chose it. You can use all of the facilities at the sister park, Felixstowe Beach Holiday Park which is just down the road. This park has a newly refurbished pool with a flume, all of the traditional entertainment, bar and restaurant, amusement arcade and an adventure playground! So why then choose Suffolk Sands Holiday Park as a great holiday park in Suffolk to buy a static caravan?
Well, that is the point really, you get all of the benefits of the big facilities on a nearby park in a beautiful location, just without the noise and the crowds but in just a stunning location. The sister holiday park is a short walk away but Suffolk Sands Holiday Park is in the better location as it sits right on the beach!
The beach is really nice as well, sandy with rock groynes and backed by a promenade so if you want to buy a static caravan right next to the beach in Suffolk, this is a great choice. The added bonus is that there is a new development with south facing pitches, double parking bays and a lot more! All in all, a great holiday park with a good range of static caravans for sale with a name that you can trust!

Azure Seas Holiday Village is in the village of Corton to the north of Lowestoft in Suffolk, right next to the beach and has a range of static caravans and holiday lodges right next to the beach. The park is backed to the other side by a road and cross over and you are in the Pleasurewood Hills family Theme Park. There is an owners lounge and a direct path to the beach, the park is also dog friendly and environmentally conscious and is part of the David Bellamy Conservation Awards programme which we support.
We think that this is a bit like Suffolk Sands Holiday Park but in a more sedate area, with trees abounding the park and the lodges and the caravans are well spaced out so if you want a more relaxed park, but by a beautiful beach, Azure Seas Holiday Village is probably one of the best around!

Broadland Sands Holiday Park is on the same beach as Azure Seas Holiday Village but further to the north, the beach is so nice, we decided to include two parks as it is very popular! They are completely contrasting parks though with Broadland Sands Holiday Park being a much larger park with all of the facilities that you would expect from a Park Holidays site. The park is also very nicely laid out as well with all of the facilities and the entertainment being in one central area but there is no direct access to the beach here although it is easy to get too.
We really like this park and it is perfect if you want to buy a static caravan on a family based park because the facilities are great. Stand out is the swimming pool with the 45m flume, you also get a large entertainment venue with an additional sports bar, lounge, takeaway and a restaurant plus other facilities and an entertainments program. You can sub-let here as well, if you plan on sub-letting, it is always a good idea to choose a popular park to maximise your income and they have a good range of static caravans for sale. There is also a new development with both lodge and villa pitches available.

North Denes is set to the south of Lowestoft, it is actually the most easterly holiday park in the UK. The park is set over the road from the sea, the beach immediately in front of the park is covered at high tide and it is a short 5 minute walk to the beach which is not covered at high tide. This park is relatively small, quiet, great views to the sea and yet within an easy drive to a range of great places to visit.
Being to the south of Lowestoft, getting to places like Kessingland and the nearby nature reserve are easier to access. There are facilities, places to eat nearby within walking distance, some are just over the road. This is really a peaceful park, ideal if you are looking to buy a static caravan by the beach on a quiet park with great sea views!

Kessingland, Suffolk
Kessingland Beach Holiday Park is part of the Parkdean Resorts group and is set further to the south on the Suffolk coast than the other parks and offers a great combination of fantastic facilities, beautiful location, right by the beach and has a good range of static caravans for sale, in fact there is a great range for sale so definitely a park that you should check out.
This park is the real deal with heated indoor and outdoor pools, multi-use sports court, adventure playground, take away, Costa, nature trail, amusement arcade and a lot more. There is also an entertainment venue with family based entertainment, productions, bingo and games. This is a park where you get everything but in a really nice location, a combination that makes a great mix and a perfect location for buying a static caravan on the Suffolk coast!
