Sussex sits on the south coast of England and is steeped in history, the landing point for William the Conqueror in 1066 and has a long history as a key county in many significant English moments. Sussex has grown and yet still retains a charm that is evident in many of the villages and towns and is also the sunniest location in the United Kingdom, a perfect place then for a holiday. The county is within easy reach of the south and the midlands and has a great transport network and established seaside resorts and the amazing city of Brighton and Hove which is cosmopoliton and a shoppers paradise. That contrasts with the beauty of the South Downs National Park which boasts 628 square miles of hills, great walks and some gorgeous villages to explore and the stnning Beachy Head.

There are a large number of holiday parks both by the beaches and inland in Sussex from small and intimate parks to group parks that have every facility that you can think of. The parks range from beach based large family resorts with every facility you can think of, to well established country resorts that sit in stunning wooded and rural locations.
