You will find Thornwick Bay Holiday Park on the Flamborough Headland along the beautiful Yorkshire coastline. A location is known for it's dramatic cliffs, rising from the North Sea full of marine wildlife and it's local birds. Whitecliff Bay Holiday Park is a great choice for those who enjoy waking up and heading down to the beach with a coffee in hand. Yes, that's correct! This Hoseason featured holiday park situated on the quieter east coast of the Isle of Wight near to the village of Bembridge is a great choice for the beach lovers. As it benefits from direct access albeit reached by a steep pathway to a beautiful sand and shingle beach. This is another award-winning holiday park and is perfect for families, who love to bring their dogs on holiday. It offers a good range of self-catering accommodation and leisure and entertainment facilities and activities. Such as adventure playgrounds, swimming pools and live entertainment. There are some lovely walks nearby, quiet villages to visit such as Bembridge and livelier towns such as Sandown slightly further afield. The holiday park offers such good proximity to the secluded bay below and as such many days, depending on the weather of course could easily be spent paddling and swimming in the sea. Southview Holiday Park is a wonderfully placed Hoseason holiday park located on the Lincolnshire coastline near to and only a 10-minute drive away from the vibrant and classic British seaside town of Skegness. Made famous by the 'Skegness is so bracing' campaign. It's Victorian pier which opened in 1881 and many funfair rides and amusement arcades. Not forgetting of course it's wonderful beach.
The holiday park itself offers families an exciting stay with many things to do onsite to keep all ages entertained. Including an indoor heated swimming pool, a new and exciting gaming venue, a crazy golf course and climbing wall. There's even a dog agility course, after all dogs are very much part of the family. For those looking for a little more peace and quiet, there's a fishing lake and an art den. There's lots of entertainment on throughout each day including kids’ disco's, games of bingo and live music acts.
This Hoseason holiday park has different self-catering accommodation choices to choose from including 2- and 3-bedroom lodges, with some including their own private hot tubs. These include pet friendly and accessible accommodation, and they range in cost depending on what grade of accommodation they are. There's also touring pitches available for those who prefer to bring along their own accommodation. Unusually for a holiday park there is also an onsite hotel including a restaurant and a Costa Coffee. The visitors to the hotel also have full access to the holiday parks full list of facilities and activities during their stay.
There's lots of choice when it comes to eating on site including meals from the Boathouse Restaurant, there's takeaway options such as pizza, fish and chips and Scoops ice-cream. For those who prefer to cook for themselves there is an onsite Nisa local supermarket with both a Morrisons and Tesco Superstore within 5 - 10 minutes away.
Local days out could include day trips to Skegness and it's famous pleasure beach. Or perhaps a trip to Fantasy Island at nearby Ingoldmells, which has a good selection of entertainment and rides for all ages including the thrilling 'Odyssey' a coaster ride. Nature lovers may prefer a day out at nearby Gibraltar Point National Nature Reserve with it's saltmarshes attracting many birds such as skylarks and waders. There has been a bird observatory there since 1949.
