CALH does not manage bookings, handle payments or inspect private caravans. Your agreement is directly with the guest.

Yes. Owners should be able to request updates to photos, prices, availability notes and caravan details. In phase two, this should become an owner login area.
Can I advertise late availability?
Yes. CALH should offer late availability promotion as an add-on. This could be used for cancellations, school holiday gaps and unsold weekend breaks.
