Highfield Grange Holiday Park is more on the outskirts of Clacton-on-Sea  than Valley Farm, definitely a drive rather than a walk down to the beach and the pier. Again, there is a lot going on with an indoor and outdoor pool plus a 200m flume ride. The park is also really good for families with young kids, they have a lot of activities day and night for younger kids including the Krew gang with showtime and activities such as biking and archery.

There is a good range of caravans and lodges on the park including pet friendly accommodation and they have regular themed breaks, look out for them on the website. Whilst it is on the outskirts of the town, the main road to the town is close by as well as brook Country Park so you get more of a countryside and relaxed feel here which is ideal if you are looking for a bit of peace as well. All of the usual facilities are on site including bar and restaurant and a nice entertainment venue for evening shows and the kids clubs.
