This holiday park backs onto Gronant Sands, a really long sandy beach that is popular with tourists, very beautiful as it is backed by an extensive sand dune system and very safe for young children.
Presthaven Beach Resort is a large holiday park with a great range of static caravans for sale. The park is part of the Haven's Holiday Group and has had some serious investment. Amongst the many facilities, we love the lazy river and the outdoor pool, the indoor pool with the flumes and the crazy golf course is one of the best we have seen. You get all of the standard Haven entertainment program, all of the eateries and a great entertainment complex and we also love the aerial adventure course, if you have a head for heights.
Presthaven Beach Resort is ideal if you want to buy a static caravan with easy access from the north, by a great beach, all of the facilities you could ever want and is dog friendly. This is also a popular park so sub-letting your caravan with Haven is easy and helps pay for the costs of running and buying your caravan. This is a big park, that means there are lots of caravans for sale on site and in order to sell these caravans, Haven have to be price competitive. All of that makes this one of the best holiday parks in North Wales with static caravans for sale!

We rated Kiln Park Holiday Centre as one of the best holiday parks in Wales for a beach based holiday and one of the best dog friendly holiday parks in Wales, it gets a heads up as one of the best holiday parks in Wales to buy a static caravan. If you want to buy a static caravan on a holiday park with lots of facilities, right next to a stunning beach in a busy and very characterful town that is geared towards tourism, we think this park is spot on.
As a large Haven park, there are all the facilities, we think the pools, both indoor and outdoor are fantastic. Evening entertainment with a large and modern venue, lots to do for the kids on site from a climbing wall to archery, it is all on site here. There is a footpath to the town, just a short walk away along the beach, Tenby is a traditional fishing town and tourist area, there is a lot to do here and great shopping! The park is quite big and you do get a great range of new holiday homes for sale in site, overlooking one of the best beaches in Wales, what is not to like!

Carmarthenshire Wales
Carmarthen Bay Holiday Park is in Carmarthenshire in South Wales near Kidwelly and Llanelli, Ffos Las racecourse is not too far away either if you like a spot of horse racing. This is a Parkdean holiday park near a quiet beach in countryside location, there are no near established large tourist towns so you come here for the beach, the holiday park and the great location.
This park is set right by the shoreline and there is a lot on the park and there is a really nice new pool with a great flume, adventure playground, sports court and crazy golf along with live shows every night in the entertainment centre. A lot of the caravans are well spaced our with sea views, this is an ideal site if you want the facilities in a quiet location and as it is on the south coast of Wales, it is relatively easy to get to. This is a medium to larger sized park with a good offering or new holiday homes for sale on site so a good choice to have a look at!

Tywyn, Nr Aberdovey
Gwynedd Holiday Home Park is in Tywyn on the edge of the Snowdonia National Park. The big attraction here is the beach, a huge stretch of sand that extends down to Aberdyfi to the south and is popular as it gets great waves and there is so much space. We chose to list Gwynedd Holiday Home Park as this is a owners only park, that means that all of the caravans on the park are privately owned. That generates a strong sense of community within the owners on the park and the park has a different atmosphere to holiday parks primarily geared towards paying guests.
The facilities on the park are limited, there is a gym, launderette and free Wi-Fi, this is really a park where you buy a static caravan on site primarily for your own use and to have your own second home that you will use on a regular basis. The site fees are very competitive and the park is dog friendly and close to the beach, ideal if you are looking to buy a static caravan on an owner only park in Wales.
