Wood Leisure is a smaller holiday park group that has six caravan and lodge parks along the central belt in Scotland. Eyemouth Holiday Park in Berwickshire is the only park that doesn’t have its own indoor pool but there is a local pool only a 5 minutes’ walk away that you can use for free. With the beach equally only a 5 minutes’ walk away. Grannie's Heilan' Hame Holiday Park in Sutherland has a beach on it's doorstep with great sea views from some of the caravans, an indoor pool, adventure playground and a crazy golf course plus an entertainment venue. Nairn Lochloy Holiday Park is also near the beach with an indoor pool and sauna, kids club and entertainment.

Sandylands Holiday Park is a 5 minute drive to the beach in Ayrshire, golf nearby, an indoor pool and great entertainment. Tummel Valley near Pitlorchy has an indoor pool, and you can choose from a number of great lodges which are in a beautiful woodland setting. Wemyss Bay Holiday Park is a 10 minute drive to the beach, a stunning park with amazing views and is perfect for an action packed holiday.

Forest Holidays have three parks in Scotland, which are log cabin parks and the lodges are pretty stunning. Glentress Forest in the Peebles in the borders is surrounded by a huge forest that you can explore. Ideal for mountain biking, horse riding and walking with lots of adventures nearby, this is a stunning park with a bar and restaurant on site. It is a dog friendly park, all lodges have hot tubs and they even have a tree house cabin, great fun. Ardgartan Argyll on the shores of Loch Lomond is in one of the most amazing locations ever with only 40 cabins, all with hot tubs and there is a bar and restaurant on site. There is loads to do nearby, explore the loch on a cruiser or kayak if you fancy it, walks galore, or just enjoy the stunning scenery.

Strathyre by Loch Lubnaig is also in a completely stunning location, a much narrower loch in a deep wooded valley, it is pretty spectacular! They have some amazing lodges that sleep up to 8 people, all with hot tubs and you can even have a log burner. There is a bar and restaurant on site, bike hire, forest ranger adventures and you can even have a personal chef!  All of the Forest Holiday Parks in Scotland are stunning, they are perfect for families that want adventure and to explore the amazing locations that they are set in.  They don’t actually make it very easy to find their offers page so the link below takes the stress out of it, a direct hit and they usually have some great last minute offers, sometimes for groups and couples.

The Haven Holidays Parks group is a big company but they only have two parks in Scotland. That shouldn’t put you off though, both parks are pretty spectacular, even by Haven’s standards. Craig Tara has one of the best indoor water complexes out there, if you have kids and they love playing in the water, the complex is pretty off the scale. They have two new flumes and loads of slides, it is huge with something for kids of all ages. They also have a massive adventure village with a climbing wall, zip line, adventure golf, mini ariel adventure, bungee trampoline and lots more. It is a great park, has a full entertainment program and a therefore a great choice if you want a big park with all of the facilities!!!!

Seton Sands is one of the best holiday parks in Scotland by the beach. It also has great facilities but the beach really makes it stand out, a gorgeous place if your family love beach holidays. Again, amazing facilities, great pool and a 9 hole links golf course as well. The beach is just over the road from the park and is dog friendly so a great location if you want a top dog friendly holiday park in Scotland. Haven virtually always have some of the best offers but they don’t really make it easy to find the best offers by park.
