Overview of Caddy’s Corner Lodges
Caddy’s Corner Lodges is located in Carnmenellis in West Cornwall, near Porkellis, around 8 miles from Falmouth and approximately 4 miles from Redruth. The site sits inland between the north and south coasts, so most beaches are around a 20 minute drive rather than within walking distance. You can find our full selection of caravan and lodge parks near Redruth here.
The site is very small, with around 12 lodges in total. There are no large accommodation areas, no separate sections and no through routes, so movement on site stays low throughout the day.
All lodges are 2 or 3 bedroom units sleeping up to 4 or 6 people, and most include private outdoor hot tubs. Units are spaced with clear gaps between them rather than positioned in rows, and many face open countryside with long distance views towards the Lizard Peninsula.
There is no reception building, no bar, no restaurant and no swimming pool. On site facilities are limited to a small children’s play area and open green space including a wildflower area. This is not a park where you stay on site for activities.
Parking is provided directly next to each lodge, so you are not using shared car parks or walking across the site with luggage. Internal access is limited to short roads serving the lodges only.
Redruth is around a 10 minute drive away and is the nearest town for supermarkets, petrol and train station access. Falmouth is around 15 minutes, and both the north and south coasts are typically reachable within 20 minutes by car. Stithians Lake is also nearby for walking and watersports.
