Meadow Lakes offers caravans, lodges, garden cottages, a farmhouse and glamping cabins, alongside touring and camping pitches.

The caravan range includes classic, comfort and higher specification choices. Selected luxury caravans have private decking and a hot tub, while dog friendly and accessible accommodation is also available.

The lodges provide additional living space for couples and families. Selected lodge accommodation includes a private hot tub, with properties positioned among the meadows, lakes and woodland areas.

One and two bedroom garden cottages are located close to the central facilities. They are suitable for couples and smaller families who want self catering accommodation within easy walking distance of the pool, shop and play areas.

The Farmhouse sleeps up to ten guests and is designed for larger families and groups. It includes generous shared living space, a patio, barbecue area and private hot tub.

Glamping cabins sleep up to four and operate during the main holiday season. They provide a furnished alternative to tent camping, with outdoor seating and shared washroom facilities nearby.

Touring caravans, campervans and tents are accepted on electric grass pitches. Nightly touring returned for the 2026 season, alongside seasonal pitch arrangements.

Meadow Lakes has a mixture of outdoor leisure, family and nature based facilities within its countryside grounds.

Three coarse fishing lakes provide angling for different levels of experience. The lakes contain carp, tench, bream, rudd and roach, with fishing passes available from reception. Visitors need to bring their own fishing equipment and follow the current park rules.

The heated outdoor swimming pool normally opens from late May until September. It has poolside seating and is positioned close to the Cosy Café and central facilities.

Children can use the outdoor playground, climbing equipment and zip wire. The indoor games barn provides table football, air hockey, darts and other games when the weather is wet.

Pet’s Corner is home to ponies, goats, donkeys, rabbits, guinea pigs and poultry. Animal petting sessions take place during selected peak holiday periods.

A woodland route of approximately one mile passes through the trees and beside a river. Dog owners also have access to a dedicated field where dogs can exercise.

Places to Visit Near Meadow Lakes Holiday Park

Meadow Lakes is centrally positioned for exploring St Austell, the Roseland Peninsula and Cornwall’s south coast.

The Lost Gardens of Heligan is approximately 12 minutes away. Visitors can explore extensive gardens, woodland routes, historic productive gardens and family trails.

The Eden Project is around 15 minutes from the park. Its large indoor biomes, outdoor gardens, exhibitions and seasonal events make it a useful day out throughout the year.

Mevagissey is also approximately 15 minutes away. The fishing village has a working harbour, narrow streets, shops, cafés and access to coastal boat trips and walking routes.

Charlestown is around five to six miles from Meadow Lakes. Its historic harbour, tall ships and stone quays have appeared in numerous television and film productions.

Porthluney Beach at Caerhays and Porthpean Beach can both normally be reached in approximately 15 minutes. Porthluney has a wide sandy shoreline beneath Caerhays Castle, while Porthpean is a family beach close to St Austell.

St Austell provides supermarkets, shops and local services, while Pentewan and Gorran Haven offer further beaches and access to the South West Coast Path.
