The mobile homes sleep four guests and usually provide two bedrooms. Current layouts include a king size main bedroom, a twin bedroom, a shower room and an open plan kitchen, dining and living area. Several also have an additional ensuite toilet and furnished outdoor seating overlooking the sea.

The lodge range includes two bedroom accommodation sleeping four and three bedroom accommodation sleeping six. These properties occupy elevated positions with terraces or patios facing the coastline.

Two bedroom lodges typically combine a king size bedroom and a twin bedroom. Three bedroom choices provide additional sleeping space for families and groups, with selected accommodation also including an ensuite bathroom.

Private hot tubs are available with several of the two and three bedroom lodges. Current hot tub choices include accommodation for four or six guests, with kitchens, WiFi, linen, towels and outdoor seating included.

The two converted cottages each sleep five guests and have three bedrooms. They form part of a former cider barn and include fitted kitchens, living space, private outdoor areas and hot tubs. One of the cottages is also dog friendly.

The five bedroom farmhouse sleeps ten and provides the largest holiday accommodation at Leonards Cove. It has separate living areas, spacious bedrooms, a landscaped garden, barbecue area and private hot tub. The farmhouse also welcomes dogs.

The reception shop sells groceries, fresh produce and everyday holiday items. It operates alongside reception, with seasonal changes to its opening hours. Stoke Fleming village shop provides a larger local range and also contains the village Post Office.

Places to Visit Near Leonards Cove Holiday Village

Blackpool Sands is approximately half a mile from Leonards Cove. The sheltered bay has a shingle beach, clear water, watersports, food and drink facilities and a beach sauna. The walk from the park follows the surrounding coastal landscape, while visitors can also reach the beach within a few minutes by car.

Stoke Fleming village is within walking distance. Visitors will find a village shop, Post Office, pub and local walking routes, with the village standing approximately 100 metres above Start Bay.

Dartmouth is approximately three miles away. The town has a historic harbour, independent shops, cafés, restaurants and galleries. Boat trips travel along the River Dart, while passenger ferries connect Dartmouth with Kingswear.

Dartmouth Castle stands at the entrance to the River Dart. The coastal fortress was first developed in the 14th century to protect Dartmouth and its harbour, and visitors can explore the gun tower and riverside setting.
