Selected lodges include a private hot tub, sauna or wood burning stove. Several properties are positioned beside the fishing pools, while others overlook open countryside and woodland.

Dogs are welcomed in the lodges, with enclosed or gated verandas available with selected accommodation. Bed linen is provided, although towels are not included with many lodge bookings and can be hired from reception.

The camping pods provide shelter, heating, lighting and electric sockets but are not furnished glamping accommodation. Guests need to bring their own beds, bedding and camping equipment.

The bunkhouse room sleeps up to four and has a small kitchenette. Showers and toilets are shared with the camping facilities.

Touring and camping areas accept caravans, motorhomes and tents, with electric and non electric choices. Washrooms, washing up facilities, waste disposal and a launderette are provided.

    The park has two main coarse fishing areas. The conservation pools provide relatively even fishing, while Cider Mill Pool has varying depths. Species include carp, rudd, roach and tench, with fishing available to guests staying at the park.

    Cider Mill Pool is also used for wild swimming and paddleboarding. Visitors can book swim and sauna sessions, hire a paddleboard or bring suitable equipment subject to the current arrangements.

    A sauna beside the water provides an additional relaxation facility. Public sessions and private group hire are available on selected dates and should be reserved in advance.

    Families can use the playground in the lake field, try pond dipping and explore the wildlife areas. The park supports a wide variety of birds, insects and other wildlife, with wildflower meadows and woodland forming part of the surrounding conservation area.

Woodside Lodges Country Park is approximately two miles from Ledbury, an attractive Herefordshire market town known for its timber framed buildings, independent shops and cafés. Visitors can explore the historic Market House, Church Lane and the town centre before continuing into the surrounding countryside.

Eastnor Castle is approximately 15 minutes away. The castle grounds include woodland walks, a lake, an adventure playground and family activities on selected opening dates.

The Malvern Hills can also be reached in approximately 15 to 20 minutes. British Camp and Herefordshire Beacon provide popular walking routes with views across Herefordshire, Worcestershire and the surrounding countryside.

Hellens Manor at Much Marcle is another nearby historic property, while Westons Cider provides tours and an introduction to Herefordshire’s cider making heritage.

Hereford is approximately 30 minutes away and has a cathedral, shops, restaurants and riverside walks. The cathedral is home to the Mappa Mundi and Chained Library.
