Twin Lakes offers large detached lodges designed for families and groups of six or eight people. Their position beside the water is a major part of the holiday experience, with floor-to-ceiling windows and extensive decking making the most of the lake views.

The three bedroom lodges sleep up to six people. The current layout has two double bedrooms and one twin bedroom, providing a practical arrangement for families or groups of adults.

Three bathrooms give guests considerably more washing space than a standard holiday lodge. This is particularly useful when several couples or older children are sharing the accommodation.

Four bedroom lodges sleep up to eight people. The current arrangement includes two double bedrooms, one twin bedroom and a fourth bedroom with bunk beds, making these lodges particularly suitable for larger family groups.

The four bedroom accommodation has three bathrooms along with a spacious open-plan lounge, dining area and kitchen.

Kitchens include an oven, hob, microwave, fridge, dishwasher and the main equipment required for self-catering. Washing facilities are also provided within the accommodation.

Every current holiday lodge has large private decking, outdoor furniture and a hot tub overlooking the lake. Parking is available beside or close to the accommodation.

Places to Visit Near Twin Lakes

Greenlands Farm Village is one of the easiest family attractions to reach from Twin Lakes. Guests can walk there in approximately five minutes to visit the animals, indoor PlayBarn, café and farm shop.

Warton Crag rises above the nearby village of Warton and forms part of the Arnside and Silverdale National Landscape. Walking routes pass through woodland and limestone grassland before reaching viewpoints across Morecambe Bay and the surrounding countryside.

RSPB Leighton Moss contains the largest reedbed in north-west England. Visitors can follow accessible nature trails and use bird hides to look for marsh harriers, bitterns, otters, red deer and other wetland wildlife.

Lakeland Wildlife Oasis is a compact wildlife park with more than 100 species of mammals, birds, reptiles, amphibians, fish and invertebrates. Indoor tropical areas make it useful for days when the weather is less predictable.
