This is a fantastic place to enjoy wildlife and there are three sheltered wildlife hides where you can quietly observe nature up close. Just a five-minute walk away and you will find Hall More Fishing Lakes, these lakes are well stocked and managed by WADAA.

Camping, Touring and Caravans at Fell End Holiday Park

At Fell End Holiday Park, you have the option to stay in one of our two-bedroom holiday caravans, which comfortably sleep up to four people. These caravans have fully equipped kitchens and open plan living areas.

For a more luxurious stay, you can stay in one Fell End’s two-storey holiday homes. These properties offer spacious accommodation for up to six people and they feature three bedrooms, two bathrooms and an open-plan living area. Each home is finished to a high standard and located in a sought-after area of the park that provide stunning views of the surrounding countryside.

The Glamping Pods are eco-friendly pods and they can sleep up to four (2 adults and 2 children) they feature amenities such as interior and exterior lighting, a 13 amp socket and a panel heater for chilly nights. Dog friendly accommodation is available at Fell End Holiday Park subject to availability. 

Park Facilities at Fell End Holiday Park

Fell End Holiday Park offers guests a great choice of activities and facilities for you to enjoy during your stay. Children can enjoy the indoor heated swimming pool, a games room, and extensive outdoor play areas, including 28 acres of transformed meadow and woodland ideal for exploring. This holiday park also features a leisure complex with a gym and steam room, you can use the latest cardiovascular and weight training machines, or simply unwind in the soothing steam room. The complex is designed to cater to both fitness enthusiasts and those looking to relax during their stay.

Woodland Edge Bar and Restaurant is located onsite in the main Complex. This is a café, bar restaurant and lounge all rolled into one. Here you can enjoy a wide range of pub classics as well as delicious cooked breakfasts in a relaxed setting. You can watch sports here as they are often shown on the big screen in a family friendly informal seating area. There are large indoor and outdoor covered areas so regardless of the weather there is plenty of room for you to enjoy great food in woodland surroundings. 

Places to Visit Near Fell End Holiday Park

Fell End Holiday Park is a great holiday park to base yourself at so that you can explore the stunning Lake District and local attractions. Lake Windermere is the largest lake in England and it is approximately a twenty-five minute drive from Fell End Holiday Park. You can enjoy a wide variety of water sports such as paddle boarding, canoeing or enjoy a boat cruise on Lake Windermere. If you would like to go walking around Windermere there are a variety of easy access walks or more challenging hikes involving some classic Lake District summits. For family friendly cycling, the western shore of Windermere and Grizledale Forest are very good. Wray Castle, near Ambleside is a fun family day out, you can explore the activity room inside the castle and with a natural playground in the grounds, children will love exploring the outside space. 

For a well organised, challenging and fun adventure head to Zip World. Zip World, which is approximately a thirty-minute drive from Fell End Holiday Park. It offers a unique opportunity to enjoy an adventure alongside the stunning Lake Windermere. These Treetop adventures are suitable for both adults and children over 7 years old, where you will navigate a course of high ropes, tackling obstacles and finish with the triple-zip line finisher.

Within walking distance of Fell End Holiday Park is The Lakeland Wildlife Oasis. This is a small zoo featuring a variety of animals including snow leopards, lemurs and many exotic and native species. Families will enjoy a day here where you can listen to educational talks, visit the animals and explore the interactive exhibits.
