Cockerham Sands Holiday Park offers you a choice of static caravan accommodation and dog friendly caravans are also available subject to availability. Two bedroom caravans can sleep between four and six people and they feature a double bedroom and a twin bedroom, often there is a pull out sofa bed in lounge if additional sleeping room is required. These caravans feature fully equipped kitchens and there is an open plan living/dining room area.
Three bedroom caravans can sleep between six and eight people, the layout of these caravans typically include a double bedroom, two twin bedrooms and a pull out sofa bed in the lounge. These caravans have all of the features of the two bedroom caravans but offer more space with bigger living areas and often the bedrooms feature ensuite bathrooms.
Many of the caravans offer decking with outdoor furniture and some dog friendly caravans are also available subject to availability. Modern features in the majority of the caravans include double-glazing, central heating and flat screen TV’s with Freeview.

This is a charming marina and historic port where you can enjoy beautiful views and walks along the canal. The dock itself is still in operation and is surrounded by selection of cafe’s with outstanding views. Near to the quayside at Glasson Dock there are a selection of activites you can enjoy including escape rooms, the flying axe factory and Lancaster Brewery.
Approximately a twenty-minute drive from Cockerham Sands Holiday Park is Lancaster Castle. This castle is a Grade 1 listed building that occupies a city centre hilltop location and days back almost 1,000 years. This castle is full of character and intrigue, with many dark stories of persecution, punishment and execution. You can take part in organised castle tours where you will discover that the majority of Lancaster Castle’s history is associated with crime and punishment, therefore many of the tales will include reference to many types of punishment including hanging.
