This holiday park is conveniently located just a short drive from the historic city of Lancaster and is close to the picturesque market town of Kirkby Lonsdale which is only 3 miles away. This holiday park is perfect for families, couples and friends who are looking for an idyllic escape and to unwind in this beautiful area.

Docker Holiday Park is perfect for outdoor enthusiasts, it offers great fishing opportunities, as it features a picturesque fishing lake onsite. There are numerous footpaths that crisscross the surrounding Lune Valley where you can enjoy leisurely strolls or challenging hikes. There is a play park that is suitable for younger children where they can run and explore. Guests can use the facilities at South Lakeland Leisure Village, which is approximately a ten-minute drive away, here you can use the indoor heated pool, sauna and gym.

Docker Holiday Park offers a wide choice of holiday accommodation including static caravans, holiday lodges and camping options. There is a choice of static caravan accommodation and with dog friendly caravans available subject to availability. Two bedroom caravans can sleep between four and six people and they feature a double bedroom and a twin bedroom, often there is a pull out sofa bed in lounge if additional sleeping room is required. These caravans feature fully equipped kitchens and there is an open plan living/dining room area.

Three bedroom caravans can sleep between six and eight people, the layout of these caravans typically include a double bedroom, two twin bedrooms and a pull out sofa bed in the lounge. These caravans have all of the features of the two bedroom caravans but offer more space with bigger living areas and often the bedrooms feature ensuite bathrooms. Many of the caravans offer decking with outdoor furniture and some dog friendly caravans are also available subject to availability. Modern features in the majority of the caravans include double-glazing, central heating and flat screen TV’s with Freeview.

Grass and Hardstanding Pitches are available and they are suitable for tents, campervans, or caravans. Options include non-electric and electric hook-up pitches. Glamping Pods are also available, the Standard Pods are insulated wooden pods and can sleep 2–4 people, perfect for a cosy camping experience. You will have access to a shower block with hot showers, composting toilets, a washing-up area and a launderette.  Pods are set in scenic areas near the fishing lake or footpaths, with access to barbecue facilities.

    Guests staying at Docker Holiday Park can use the facilities at South Lakeland Leisure Village. Facilities at South Lakeland Leisure Village include an indoor heated swimming pool and a well-equipped fitness centre that features a weight room, cardio machines and fitness suites. The Waters Edge Restaurant and Bar is also located South Lakeland Leisure Village and is open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Please note some of the facilities at South Lakeland Leisure Village may incur a cost.
