Sycamore Lakes offers holiday cottages, apartments and log cabins, alongside pitches for touring caravans, motorhomes, campervans and tents.

The holiday cottages are positioned beside the lakes and sleep between two and six guests. They include a lounge, fitted kitchen, dining space and private entrance, with parking close to the accommodation. Their lakeside position makes them particularly convenient for guests planning to fish during their stay.

The Scandinavian style log cabins sleep between two and four guests. Each has a kitchen, living area, private parking and a veranda overlooking the surrounding landscape. The cabins are close to Island Lake and provide a cosy choice for couples and smaller families.

Two apartments provide further flexibility. The smaller apartment sleeps up to three, while the larger apartment accommodates up to eight and works well for families or groups travelling together. Both are positioned above The Lakes Restaurant with access to all four fishing lakes.

Touring and camping guests can choose between grass and hardstanding pitches. Electric hook up is available, and the pitches accept touring caravans, motorhomes, campervans and tents.

Dogs are welcomed throughout the holiday accommodation, subject to the relevant booking conditions and pet charge.

Specimen Lake is approximately 2.5 acres and is intended for anglers targeting larger carp. Match Lake and Woodland Lake provide mixed coarse fishing, with accessible banks and stocks including carp, tench, roach and perch.

An on site tackle shop sells bait and fishing equipment, while the park bailiff can help visitors understand the lakes and current fishing arrangements. Anglers should check permit charges, lake rules and any restrictions when booking.

The Lakes Restaurant provides meals and drinks without guests needing to leave the park. Opening days and serving times can change throughout the year, so tables and evening meals are best checked in advance.

Touring and camping facilities include toilets, showers, an accessible bathroom, a launderette and WiFi. Grass and hardstanding pitches have electric hook up, with water and waste facilities positioned around the touring area.

Places to Visit Near Sycamore Lakes Holiday Park

Sycamore Lakes is close to both the Lincolnshire coast and the countryside around Burgh le Marsh.

Skegness is approximately 10 minutes away by car. The resort has a sandy beach, pier, promenade, fairground rides, amusement arcades and a wide choice of places to eat. Natureland Seal Sanctuary and Skegness Aquarium provide further family attractions close to the seafront.

Burgh le Marsh can be reached by footpath from the park. The village has traditional pubs, shops and Dobson’s Mill and Heritage Centre, where visitors can learn about the area’s windmill and agricultural history.

Fantasy Island at Ingoldmells is approximately 15 minutes away and combines rides, family attractions and a large market. Quieter days by the sea can be planned at Chapel St Leonards or Anderby Creek.

Gunby Hall is a short drive inland and has a historic country house and Victorian walled gardens. Gibraltar Point National Nature Reserve lies south of Skegness and provides walking trails through dunes, salt marshes and coastal habitats.
