    The established fishing lakes contain carp, tench, bream, perch, roach, rudd, chub and pike. Guests can add a fishing pass to their booking, while selected waterside lodges provide access to a private fishing position directly in front of the accommodation.

    Children can use the indoor soft play area, mini golf course and outdoor playground. These facilities are available to staying guests, although children must be supervised around the play areas, lakes and hot tubs.

    Fishing at Fairwood Lakes

    The lakes have been established for more than 25 years and contain carp weighing over 20 pounds, together with tench, bream, perch and several silver fish species.

    Each angler requires a fishing pass. Visitors should bring their own rods, bait, landing mat, landing net and barbless hooks. Anglers over the applicable age must also hold a valid Environment Agency rod licence.
