Places to Visit Near St Agnes Holiday Park

St Agnes village is approximately ten minutes from the park. This former mining community has independent shops, cafés, pubs and St Agnes Museum, along with access to the St Agnes Heritage Coast and South West Coast Path.

Trevaunance Cove is the principal beach at St Agnes. Its sandy shore, rock pools and waves make it popular for beach days and surfing. The coast path leads from the cove towards Trevellas Porth and the headlands surrounding the village.

Chapel Porth is approximately three miles from the park. The National Trust beach is surrounded by cliffs and connected to walking routes around Wheal Coates, where the remains of historic engine houses overlook the Atlantic.

Perranporth is approximately five miles away and can normally be reached in around ten to fifteen minutes. Its long sandy beach provides space for swimming, surfing and coastal walks, while the town has shops, cafés and places to eat.

Porthtowan is another nearby choice for beach days and surfing. Its sandy bay is backed by cliffs and has access to the South West Coast Path.

Truro is approximately seven miles away. Cornwall’s cathedral city has shops, restaurants, historic streets, a theatre and Truro Cathedral.
