With spaces specifically designed for touring caravans and motorhomes, each standard nightly pitch accommodates up to four people and one vehicle this includes electric usage. The pitches measure 6m x 8m, ensuring ample space for your setup. Facilities are within easy reach and they include modern shower and toilet facilities, a launderette and the Squirrel Inn for is great for food and drinks.

The park offers different types of pods, including a Family Pod that sleeps two adults and three small children, and a Standard Pod suitable for two adults and one child. Lowther Castle and Gardens is a great family day out and is only a short drive from Lowther Holiday Park. This 130-acre estate features dramatic castle ruins and beautifully manicured gardens, it also features one of the UK’s largest adventure playgrounds where children will have a fabulous time. The grounds are fabulous and you can explore and enjoy all of the different gardens including fruit and vegetable gardens. All of the gardens offer something different and are beautifully maintained. Facilities here include a café serving delicious locally sourced food that has been freshly prepared in the Lowther Kitchens. If you are exploring deep in the woods and are enjoying this area of the castle grounds, you can pop into The Woods where they serve food including soup, sandwiches, drinks and ice creams.
